Mass building pages is done simply to increase the chances of our pages being indexed by search engines which, we hope, will the get visitors. After that, we can just hope we get the clicks. It is a very straight forward numbers game.

For ex: If we have 1 page earning $0.10 daily, then we will replicate that method of building to generate 1,000 pages, hoping that will lead to pulling $100 daily.

When building in large scale, we often stop caring about keywords or niches. However there are mass builder who are still doing keyword research. But, when you are talking about a few tenths of a million keywords; it just simply may not be very feasible to do keyword research anyway.

Still if you have to do keyword research or expand your keyword list, I would recommend using Keyword Discovery. They collect search term data from over 180 search engines and their database contains around 32 billion searches, making it the most used keyword database that I know of.
